Vermont Farmhouse Jr.

This is a Vermont Farmhouse Jr. model from Real Good Toys. I got the kit as a gift when I was 12 years old. I put it together excitedly as soon as I got it (take a look at the shingle work…that is the work of a pre-teen, indeed).

In 2020, I decided to give it a refresh and to finally complete the interior. Electricity and all. It started as a yellow house with red shutters. I converted it to black and white and stained the shingles. The interior has a modern farmhouse vibe. This is my first dollhouse “flip.”
